Our Story
Our founders, Raul Pino and Pablo Vignolo, bring passion, experience, and innovation to the real estate industry.

In 2015, Raul returned to Miami after attending Pittsburgh University on a football scholarship. He excelled as a door-to-door salesman and earned a business degree from FIU, leading to a sales manager role at a Fortune 500 company, where he discovered real estate investing.

Pablo, also in 2015, began his real estate career with Lennar Homes, managing over $130M in land acquisitions across Florida and Texas. In 2019, he joined Atlantic Pacific, developing 530 affordable housing units in Miami.

In 2020, Raul and Pablo co-founded The Hype Real Estate Group to revolutionize real estate with energy and modern practices. Under their leadership, The Hype Group has achieved over $125M in sales within two years. Together, Raul and Pablo transform outdated real estate practices into dynamic, high-energy experiences, driving The Hype Group’s success and redefining the industry standard.
