Raul Pino and Pablo Vignolo, two visionaries who are driven to disrupt the real estate sector and have a love for innovation, are the starting point of our journey.

 

After receiving a football scholarship at the University of Pittsburgh, Raul returned to Miami in 2015. He succeeded as a door-to-door salesman while earning a business degree at FIU by being tenacious and unwavering. He found his genuine passion for real estate investing while working as a sales manager for a Fortune 500 firm as a result of his success.

 

That same year, Pablo began working for Lennar Homes that same year, when he oversaw the purchase of more than $130 million worth of land in Florida and Texas. At Atlantic Pacific, where he created 530 affordable housing units that had a long-lasting effect on the neighborhood, he was contributing to the development of Miami's future by 2019.

 

Raul and Pablo founded The Hype Real Estate Group in 2020, with the goal of revolutionizing the real estate experience with energy, creativity, and a fresh viewpoint. Their vision paid off, with over $280M in sales within just four years.

 

Today, Raul and Pablo are now transforming outdated real estate practices into vibrant, high-energy events. Under their direction, The Hype Group is setting a new standard, blending passion, expertise, and a modern approach to redefine what’s possbile in the real estate world.
