Meet Managing Principal & Owner

Raul Pino Jr.

In 2015, Raul returned to Miami, Florida, after earning a football scholarship to Pittsburgh University. His career began as a door-to-door salesman, where he quickly discovered a passion for sales. Driven by this newfound enthusiasm, he pursued a degree in business and entrepreneurship at Florida International University, graduating in 2017.

Raul’s career took off when he became a sales manager for a Fortune 500 company. It was there that he met a mentor who introduced him to the world of real estate and investing. Inspired by this new direction, Raul left his high-paying job to co-found a brokerage with his best friend, Pablo Vignolo.

Since its inception, their company has successfully closed over $500 million in sales, with projections to double by the end of 2025. As the Managing Principal of The Hype Real Estate Group and an active real estate investor, Raul is committed to delivering exceptional service and educating clients on the importance of building wealth through real estate.
